ITES-4H (Information Technology Enterprise Solutions - 4 Hardware)

Ordering Guidelines:

To begin a delivery order process for ITES-4H, authorized users can log into the CHESS Digital Marketplace to initiate a quote request.  Under contracts, select Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – 4 Hardware and initiate a Request for Quote or Reverse Auction. 

Authorized Users:

The ITES-4H contracts are available to the Army, other DOW agencies, and all other Federal agencies, and authorized Government contractors supporting these agencies IAW the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 252.251-7000.

• Decentralized ordering – There are no approvals, coordination, or oversight imposed by the PCO on any OCO. OCOs are empowered to place orders IAW the terms and conditions of the contracts, these Ordering Guidelines, the FAR, the DFARS (as applicable), and their own agency procedures.

Scope of ITES-4H:

The ITES-4H contracts are specifically designed as the primary source for IT equipment to support the Army enterprise infrastructure and infostructure goals with a full range of innovative, world class IT eqiupment and solutions at a reasonable price. The contract has the following equipment categories:

• Catalog I – Servers, including Unix and Non-Unix based platforms with current generation mulitple core Intel/AMD or equivalent processors.
• Catalog II – Workstations, Thin/Zero Clients, Desktops and Notebooks.
• Catalog III – Storage Systems, such as storage arrays, storage area networks, various JBODs configurations, and other related storage devices and software.
• Catalog IV – Networking Equipment, such as managed and unmanaged switches, hubs, gateways, and routers.
• Catalog V – Imaging Equipment, such as network printers, MFP devices, 3-D printers, scanners, and other supporting devices.
• Catalog VI – Cables, Connectors, and Accessories, such as power strips, UPS, and network cables.
• Catalog VII – Video Equipment Products, such as VTC, standalone displays, virtual reality systems, and projectors.
